  • Renting a stroller from our website is a hassle-free process. Begin by browsing our selection of strollers, which includes options for various ages and needs. Once you've chosen the stroller that suits your requirements, specify the rental duration, whether you need it for a few days or several weeks. Add the stroller to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Provide the necessary information, and we will arrange for the stroller to be delivered to your specified location. When your rental period is over, you can return the stroller using the provided shipping label. We handle cleaning and maintenance, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of a stroller without the burden of ownership.

  • If the rented stroller or baby gear is returned in a dirty condition, we reserve the right to apply an additional $30.00 cleaning charge. Instances considered excessively dirty include (but are not limited to) equipment returned with mineral sunscreen residue, stuck-on chewing gum, heavy glitter, pet hair, crayon markings, finger paint, glue, pen ink, dried ice cream, or other food/drink stains, vomit, or urine and/or diaper blowouts.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if available. Please contact us to check if your item is avaliable to be extended. If so, we will update your booking.


  • If you purchased our cancellation Insurance at check out. You can cancel anytime for a full refund.

    If you did not. then a full refund is issued 8+ days from start of reservation. No refunds issued within 7 days of reservation start date.

  • Yes! All of our stroller rentals are approved and meet Disneyland measurement requirements.

  • You are charged right away to secure the order.

  • For deliveries at hotels, we will drop it off either at the front desk or the bell captain, depending on the hotel. Each hotel designates an area for scooter delivery, and you can ask the front desk or concierge to make sure.

    For Airbnb & Private Residence
    We will deliver your order directly to you. 

  • If you are ever stranded or your battery runs out, please give us a call right away. We can come to you and give you a full battery. Please read our terms and conditions for more details

  • All our electric scooter rentals include a charger compatible with any standard outlet. You'll find multiple charging outlets available within Disneyland. For multi-day rentals, we recommend charging the scooter overnight, as a full charge takes about 12 hours.

  • Yes, We can meet you outside Disneyland Park if you prefer.

  • Please contact us at [email protected] and include a copy of the confirmation email (if available). Otherwise, please provide the reservation number and/or the name on the reservation. Additional fees may apply.
