Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Agreement
By using SB Rentals equipment and making an online booking, you (the "Customer") agree to the terms and conditions of this Rental Equipment Agreement automatically with SB Rentals ("we," "us," "Company").
Please do not book or cancel booking if you do not agree.
Use of Equipment
1. Risk and Responsibility: You use our equipment at your own risk. You are fully responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. SB Rentals and/or SB Rentals employee/employees are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss, including death, resulting from the use of the rented equipment. Ensure you read the provided instruction manuals for proper use.

Reservations and Substitutions
2. Reservation Changes: We may substitute equipment, change delivery dates/times, or cancel your order if the requested equipment and/or dates/times are unavailable. If we can't deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or pick-up location, or we may cancel your reservation.

Compliance with Laws
3. Legal Compliance: You must comply with all state and local laws, and the rules of the properties where the equipment is used. This includes following traffic laws, parking regulations, and proper use of strollers on public transport.

Equipment Loss or Damage
4. Liability for Damage: You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the rental equipment. If the equipment is lost or damaged, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. A $35 deep cleaning fee applies for excessively dirty equipment.

Return of Equipment
5. **Return Location**: Return all equipment to the original delivery location unless other arrangements are made. Late returns will incur additional rental day charges and a $35 return trip fee if the equipment is not there to be picked up at the scheduled time requiring additional trips to pick up.

Equipment Malfunction
6. Malfunction: If the equipment fails or appears unsafe, stop using it and contact us immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue or offer a replacement. If you choose not to continue with the rental, we will refund the unused portion of the rental period.

Payment
7. Fees and Charges: Rental fees are specified on our website and in your reservation confirmation. You agree to pay all fees, including rental fees, late fees, and charges for damage or loss. Only credit and debit cards are accepted.


Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel at least 8 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 8 days before the reservation start date will not be refunded. Once delivery has occurred, no refunds will be issued, and you will be charged the full price. If you choose to return an item after your reservation has begun, no refund will be provided.

Loaning Equipment
9. No Subleasing: Customers cannot loan or sublease the equipment without strict permission of SB Rentals. If you do, you are still responsible for the equipment and any resulting loss or damage.

Indemnification
10. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold SB Rentals harmless from any claims, including legal fees, arising from the use or possession of the rented equipment.

Inspection
11. Inspection. You have 24 hours to Inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify us of any damages or missing parts. The equipment remains the property of SB Rentals at all times.

Acknowledgements
12. Customer Acknowledgements: Customers acknowledge that the rental equipment is of acceptable quality and suitable for your purposes. SB Rentals is not the manufacturer and does not enforce any manufacturer warranties.

Rental Extensions
If you need to extend your rental period, call us 24 hours before the return date and time. Rental extensions are subject to availability.

Out of Battery Mobility Scooters:
All electric equipment come with a charger and a fully charged batteries. If you forget to charge the battery and get stranded, please call us at 714.442.8341 so we can deliver a replacement. A $30.00 one-time fee will be charged for delivering a charged battery, within 15 miles of Disneyland Park. If you are out of the 15 miles radius an additional $2.00 per mile will be charged for delivery.

Late Equipment Return.

If you do not return the equipment as scheduled, we will charge your card for the extra rental fees and the remaining value of the equipment.

Responsibility for Equipment Condition.
All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You will be charged for any damage, loss, or theft while said equipment is in your possession. SB Rentals may repossess equipment used in violation of this agreement.

All chargers and charger cables and Mobility Scooter keys must be returned. Charging cables cost $100 and replacement keys cost $50 per key which will be charged if lost.

Risk of Loss or Damage
SB Rentals is not responsible for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen while using our equipment. You assume all risk and liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the equipment.

Indemnification for Loss or Damage
You agree to indemnify and hold SB Rentals harmless from any claims arising from the use of the equipment, except for those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Driver Use of Equipment
Only persons over the age of 18 and not under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics may use the equipment. Notify SB Rentals immediately of any accident or damage.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks.

Privacy and Electronic Communication
By using our site and services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

Future Updates to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Enforceability
If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
